Our stock is much more affordable than retail prices due to the fact that we do not have major overheads. We can do coffee mornings and work parties.

Delivery

Orders placed will be sent to our 3rd party delivery company, for delivery within 3-4 working days from day of purchase (Mon-Fri), (we do not send or process goods for deliveries at weekends or bank holidays). If you require information about your delivery please email: glitzandglamnet_gmail.com and include your order no, name and phone no and we will contact you directly. Deliveries are made between 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday only.If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, dont worry the courier will contact you and arrange alternative delivery time.

We at Glitz and Glam appreciate that there will be times when you will need to return unwanted or faulty items that you have purchased from us for either exchange or refund. Our Returns policy is stated below. We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. All returned products must be in pristine, saleable condition and be returned with the original presentation packaging if applicable. When we receive the returned goods we will then quality check the items and process an exchange or refund as necessary. We recommend for your own protection that returned items are sent via recorded delivery. Glitz and Glam do not accept any responsibility for returned items that have been returned to us by normal post. This postage cost is only refunded if the products are faulty. If any items are returned simply because they are unwanted or unsuitable you are responsible for your own return costs and our original courier / postage cost is not refunded.
